This is a facilitated, interactive workshop for early career participants interested in leadership roles. You’ll create a matrix of leadership skills, current skills needed in newsrooms and a list of your own strengths. This will give you a roadmap on which skills to develop next as you build your career.
A laptop is strongly encouraged for this session, as participants will be using an online worksheet. Please note electric outlets in conference spaces are limited; it's better to have your device charged and ready!
