Thanks to our supporters, ONA is able to provide a limited number of scholarships to attend ONA24.
Digital journalists from communities historically underrepresented in journalism are encouraged to apply for the ONA24 Diversity and Inclusion Scholarship — including but not limited to Black, Indigenous, and/or other people of color; people of the LGBTQ+ community; and disabled people. The Diversity and Inclusion Scholarship provides a complimentary ONA24 registration with the choice to attend all four days or instead select a one-day pass. Recipients will also receive a one-year membership to ONA (or an extension to existing membership).
The deadline to apply is Thursday, Sept. 12, 2024 at 11:59 p.m. PDT (6:59 UTC).
Applications will be reviewed and selected on a rolling basis. All applicants will receive notification of their status no later than Sept. 13, 2024.
